A tasty, fun, and classic French tradition- we are happy to offer Galette Des Rois again this year!  Made to mark the Epiphany, or when the Three Kings visited Jesus, the Galette Des Rois is a delicious puff pastry with almond cream.  The Galette comes with a gold paper crown and a fève (a small porcelain figurine) to place inside the galette yourself.  Whoever gets the fève in their piece is king for the day!
